Mr. Attah Duah Snr Boateng is a professional Accountant and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG).

Mr. Attah Duah is an experienced audit professional with strong technical knowledge in audit planning, execution, and reporting. He has managed audit teams on statutory and internal audit engagements, including the evaluation of internal controls and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

His experience includes risk-based audits, review of accounting estimates, supervision of audit staff, and preparation of audit reports and management letters.
